Refund policy

Order Cancellations:
After the initial 24-hour processing window, we are unable to cancel orders, as they are already registered in our warehouse and cannot be stopped. However, if you no longer wish to receive the order, you have the option to refuse the delivery or return the product to our warehouse at your expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund in line with our money-back guarantee.

Returns:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, once we receive the returned product, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.

Change of Address:
If you need to change the delivery address, please email us with your order number, the current delivery address, and the new address. We can update the address as long as the order has not left our facility (within 24 hours of order processing). Once it has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

1-Year Warranty:
We provide a one-year warranty with every order. For a refund or replacement under this warranty, your request must meet specific conditions, which we will review upon receiving your message. Please include detailed information and provide clear evidence (such as photos or videos) showing that the product is malfunctioning.

Please note that while we strive to depict our products accurately in photos, variations in screen resolutions may result in slight differences in color. If you have any concerns about the color, material, or size, please contact us before making a purchase.

Lost Parcels:
If your package is lost in transit, we will gladly send a replacement to ensure your order arrives. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we are required to wait 14 days before issuing a refund, in case the parcel arrives. Additionally, if you do not wish for a replacement, we must still attempt one more delivery before further assistance can be provided.

Faulty Item or Damaged Package:
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost. We understand your concerns and guarantee that you will receive a functioning product. Replacement orders will follow the standard delivery timeframe of 6 to 10 business days.

Change of Mind:
If you decide you no longer want your product, or you simply don’t need it, you are covered by our 1-year warranty, ensuring a risk-free purchase. Whether the product arrives faulty, damaged, or you change your mind, simply contact us, and we will arrange a return.
