Refund policy
Order Cancellations:
You have a 1-hour window to cancel your order after it has been placed. As our products are freshly manufactured, cancellations beyond this timeframe are not possible. Once the order is registered in our warehouse, it cannot be stopped.
If you no longer wish to receive the product, we offer the following options:
1. Return the product:
Send the product back to our return center at your own expense:

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund.
2. Partial refund:
Keep the product and receive a 20% refund (Once the product has been delivered to your location) without needing to return it. (Please provide a photo as proof)
Please note that, by law, we are obligated to ensure that every customer receives the product they ordered. Therefore, we are unable to take further action until the product has been delivered to you.
Returns:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the product is returned and received at our facility, we will issue a 100% refund immediately.
Change of Address:
If you need to update your delivery address, please email us with your order number, the current delivery address, and the new address. Address changes can only be made within the 1-hour cancellation window. After this time, modifications are no longer possible as the order will already be in processing.
1-Year Warranty:
All orders include a one-year warranty. To request a refund or replacement under this warranty, please provide detailed information and supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos) demonstrating the issue. Our team will review your claim promptly.
Please note: If you have specific concerns regarding color, material, or size, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase.
Lost Parcels:
In the event of a lost package, we will send a replacement to ensure your order arrives. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we require a waiting period of 18 days to allow for potential late delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Rest assured, you will receive a fully functional product. Replacement items follow the standard delivery timeframe of 8 to 18 business days.
Change of Mind:
If you no longer want or need the product, you are covered by our 1-year warranty, ensuring a risk-free purchase. Whether the product is faulty, damaged, or you simply change your mind, contact us to arrange a return.
